The room was a solid size and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of fresh options to start the day right. Too many steps without an elevator!!! Noise disturbances from kitchen fans and closing doors were unbearable!!! Poor maintenance of the facilities detracted from any charm the hotel may possess!!!

Lovely riverside vibes
Spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed the views of the river. The breakfast was great, but the plates were cold, which was a bit odd. The staff were super friendly, and my room was clean and comfy. Just a heads up, the parking could've been marked better, but it's a good spot overall.

The riverside location of the Thames Riviera Hotel was stunning! We enjoyed relaxing walks along the Thames and loved the beautiful views from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
No lift access was a bit challenging for carrying our luggage.

stayed here for one night as a stopover before flight from heathrow, location was great to reach the airport. room was nice n clean, loved the view of the thames from the restaurant. staff were all super friendly n welcoming. I would definitely come back and visit again.
didnt have breakfast so cant say how that was but it would have been nice if they offered more tea bags and milk in the room.
